Jeremy Sole is the principal partner at The Business Performance Team. Jeremy has more than 30 years' business experience spanning line and divisional management, governance, and with twelve years' experience as a CEO.
Jeremy has delivered projects throughout New Zealand, and in Australia, Pacific Islands, and Japan. As a training facilitator and public speaker, he has worked in New Zealand, Australia, and South Africa.
He has led a multi award-winning business, worked in commercial and not-for-profit environments, had several Ministerial advisory group appointments, and worked in and with government departments.
His experience runs across automotive, construction, agriculture, engineering, extractive industries, industry associations, vocational education and has been a conference speaker in New Zealand and Australia focusing on leadership.

Jeremy's research focus is on leading in dynamic and complex environments with a particular focus on senior leader delegation - and why it may be less utilised than it should be.
The DBA also covers ethically responsible evidence driven governance, socially responsible business, strategy, systems thinking.

Jeremy's MBA research project explored leadership and factors that contribute to sustainable employee engagement. His international business component was focused on market entry strategies for New Zealand businesses in the UAE - with on the ground validation in Dubai.
