Leading in today's complicated environment can be difficult and it can be lonely. BPT can ease that load through supporting you individually through coaching, or as a leadership team - and we provide conference presentations focused on leading and strategy in complex environments.
We'll work with you to develop and understand the underlying causes of tensions and stress and help you develop an engaged and focused team. We can also carry out a diagnostic to understand the state and alignment of your organisational culture and help you work through your organisation's maturity and growth challenges.

GOVERNANCE ASSESSMENTS
Effective governance and alignment between board and the management team is critical to sustainable success and protection from shocks.
Govn365 board evaluation and organisational assessments are based on the ISO3700 international governance standard and the quickest way to accurately uncover your businesses strengths and weaknesses.
Once we have walked your board and leadership team through the assessment and prioritisation processes, two sessions two or three hours each, you will have access to a thorough governance development plan that enables you to funnel resources to lead and grow with confidence.
The Govn365 tool shows you your current state of governance and leadership maturity, then we help you set the objectives and the priorities, and the timelines. Then the Govn365 portal helps you plan and monitor governance development workflows - and we will check in with you along the way. You can use your own preferred tools, methodologies and techniques, or you can use the ones supplied in the tool kit. You can implement yourself or we will assist.
The tool and process can be used by combined Board and Leadership team - or just the Board, or the Leadership team can use it for their own development.

His presentations are based on his experience as a CEO and business leader, combined with deep academic understanding of the concepts and how they interplay and why.
